Do you work in both Klaviyo and Flodesk?
Yes – we’ll confirm your platform when you inquire and build directly inside it so everything is ready to use on delivery.
Do I need to have my brand identity sorted first?
Yes – this service is for founders who already have a visual identity in place. If you’re still building your brand, start with the Brand Edit or the Studio Edit.
What do I need to provide?
Your brand assets – logos, fonts, colors – and access to your email platform. The cleaner your assets, the smoother the project runs.
How do I get started?
Start by filling out the inquiry form. We’ll schedule a discovery call to talk through where you are, where you’re headed, and whether we’re the right fit. If we are, I’ll send over a proposal and get you on the schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. A 1/3 deposit is due to secure your start date. From there, payments are flexible – you can pay the remainder in full or split into additional installments. All payments are processed through HoneyBook.
